Our billing partner PayPal captures your credit card details in order to process your payments. They do so securely and have over 150 million clients worldwide. We do not have access to your credit card details. Can I check and correct the information you hold about me?
Yes you can, it is your right.If you simply want us to amend a detail that has changed, such as a phone number or you've moved house, you can do this yourself from your control panel.

If you want or need to make a 'Subject Access Request' which is a specific term used by the Data Protection Act, then we make a small £5 charge. This to cover our time for gathering and preparing the information. We will provide copies of all the information we hold on you. We will ask you to prove your identity to protect you.
