Sites So Easy provides web hosting to many clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met.
FURTHERMORE, these Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer are intended for all domains hosted by Sites So Easy.
Content:
All services provided by Sites So Easy may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any UK, Irish or United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sites So Easy from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all websites hosted by Sites So Easy. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. Sites So Easy will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.
Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
1. Pirated software
2. Hacker programs or archives
3. Warez sites
4. Any Site that consumes more than 20% of system resourcesThe list above is not exhaustive.
Copyrighted materials
You shall only display content that you originate yourself, is included with software as part of your subscription or obtain permission to use from the originator of the work. It is your responsibility to check and ensure that you comply with this provision. You will indemnify us against any infringement of copyright of any works you obtain or use on your website.
Passing off and framing
You will not link to, or copy work originated by others or display others work as your own without their written permission. You will not display a portion of anothers website in such a way as the average visitor may consider it to be yours without their written permission.
Infringement of trademarksYou will indemnify us against any infringment of trademarks, service marks or others intellectual property by use of your website, content within, external links, domain names, metacontent or in any other way.
Traffic Usage
All account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance. We monitor all accounts and bill £4.00 for each gig of traffic exceeded. This amount is not prorated, this meaning that 1 Mb - 1 Gb will be treated and billed as the same. 1Gb = 1000Mb
Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), from a Sites So Easy hosted account or using an email address or domain that is maintained on a Sites So Easy hosted account as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. Sites So Easy will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.
IRC / eggdrops
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Server Abuse:
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Sites So Easy is strictly prohibited.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. All Sub-Networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of Sites So Easy must adhere to the above policies.
Monitoring of accounts
We do not regularly monitor accounts or the content within. We do however reserve the right to examine account settings and web designs from the basis of customer service and assisting clients to get the best out of their account. If we find any material that infringes and terms herein, then we will take action.
BILLING:
Billing basis
Sites So Easy is a prepayment service.
7 day free trial
When you sign up we will create a hosting account for you which you are free to use for 7 days without charge.
First month
When the 7 (seven) day free trial expires your credit card will automatically be charged for the account setup fee and monthly service charges as set out on our pricing page and/or signup pages.
Regular monthly billing
At the end of the first month (from the date you sign up)and at each successive monthly anniversary, your credit card will be charged for the monthly service charge.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel our services we require that you tell us in writing (by email). We will then send an email to the registered email address for the account (This is to combat abuse) and we will ask you to confirm to us that you wish to cancel.
Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will terminate your account from the time and date at which we receive the confirmation of cancellation. Please note confirmation of sending the confirmation email is not proof of receipt - we suggest you set your email package to request a read receipt.
Refunds after cancellation:
If we receive confirmation of cancellation and your credit card is automatically charged during the period between receipt of the confirmation email and before we are able to terminate your account, we will be happy to give you a full refund.
Recurring Billing:
All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly basis. It is the your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, our billing partner will retry the payment request two further times. If the payment request fails for the third time, the subscription will be automatically cancelled and your account will be deactivated.
Account Deactivations:
If your account is deactivated due to non-payment, you will need to start a new subscription with us. There will be no seven day free trail and you will be required to pay the set-up fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Account cancellationAny account deactivated due to non-payment and not reactivated within a period of one month from the deactivation date will be deleted. You will lose all data
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sites So Easy shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages such as but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, which may arise from Sites So Easy servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever unless limited by applicable laws. Furthermore, Sites So Easy shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Sites So Easy servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Webmozaic.com, owners, agents, subscribers, subcontractors or other partners and employees harmless from any liabilities, losses, actions, damages, claims or demands, including legal fees, costs and expenses, made by any third party directly or indirectly relating to or arising from your content, your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of another or your failure to perform your obligations herein.

All complaints will be investigated promptly.
Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
DISCLAIMER:
Sites So Easy cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Sites So Easy are provided by third parties. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Sites So Easy are not directly owned or written by Sites So Easy. Moreover, Sites So Easy holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Sites So Easy sees fit.
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:
By activating your account with Sites So Easy, you are deemed to have agreed and accepted the above policies and disclaimer.
FURTHERMORE, Sites So Easy retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase or decrease any pricing, and make changes to our account plans without notification.
You are governed under the laws of England

When you sign up we will create a hosting account for you which you are free to use for 7 days without charge.
First month

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sites So Easy shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages such as but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, which may arise from Sites So Easy servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever unless limited by applicable laws. Furthermore, Sites So Easy shall not be held responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Sites So Easy servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Webmozaic.com, owners, agents, subscribers, subcontractors or other partners and employees harmless from any liabilities, losses, actions, damages, claims or demands, including legal fees, costs and expenses, made by any third party directly or indirectly relating to or arising from your content, your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of another or your failure to perform your obligations herein.
